The WTS might be run by the great crowd today, but they can not interpet the Bible. It is only the FDS that has this ablity. Just listen to how a JW speaks of the Annionted Class. The great crowd leaders of the WTS only maintain their authority because of the FDS class. The great crowd will never hold the authority that the FDS does, unless new light changes things. But than Sally Pioneer has as much authority as those leaders and will be able to think for herself and this is not a good thing.

Take away the thought of 1914 as an end time prophecy. You still have to deal with 1914 as Jesus' return when He selected (by 1917) the WTBTS as the only true religion and that they are the Faithful and Discreet Slave. 1914 is based on 607 BC. Take away 607, 1914 goes away and the AUTHORITY of the WTBTS goes away.

I cannot reason with my wife. She does not even want me to show her proven issues.
She says, "keep that away from me". I can't risk a divorce & break-up!
I heard this on a testemonial and it may be a sexest, but if it works why not go for it?
The husband a non-JW took two shelfs and told his wife that the one shelf was his and that she was not suppose to touch anything on that shelf since it contained anti-JW material. The other shelf was for her to keep all JW material. Well the female curiousity got the better of her and she would read his stuff when he was not around. That along with some other well planned events woke his wife up to the real truth about the Society.
I also read where the JW is really more in tune to reading than listening. So if you can get them to read the material it is better than talking to them.

It would be interesting to know, from an official source, what the probability of the images be made by chance is.
If this was the only picture that had subliminal images and the only one that mirror images are used I would be very sceptical. But it is not.
I would not use the subliminal images as a sole arguement against the WTBTS, but it could be used as one more nail in the coffin.
As far as the site itself. It is hard to read and I kept wondering what subliminal images were hidden it's background. The subject matter jumps in the deep end of the pool. Having read Derek Barefoot's book before looking at this site allowed me to wade in from the shallow end. Making it more believable.
I also kept asking myself, how would this be used in a court of law.

Another weird JW forward that drives me further away
by cyber-sista inok, so all the jws know i am "inactive" now.
now, as we all know, this is not a term that means lack of physical exercise, but that jw term you get labeled with when you are not participating any longer in jw activities (spiritually weak and sick or "discouraged" are other terms used when applied to others in my situation.
) one of the prices i must pay for being away is the well meaning encouragment i recieve in emails such as the one below, which i recieved today.

actually it is somewhat odd for a JWS to thank Jehovah (at least in public) for "worldy things. I have seen a lot of "born-again" persons, thank jesus but well i found it odd she would publically thank jehovah.
Can she count that time for her field service? 5 seconds times 12 people equals 1 minute. 12 people times 60 minutes equals 720 people. 720 people times 80 hours equals 57,600 people. So if 57,600 people saw that broadcast Serena became an instant pioneer. It all comes down to the numbers.

Could that not do enough, because they had the light and did not perform to Jehovah's standard for the enlightened?
